OK, my novel is finally out. It is only available right now as an ebook, but if you'd like to purchase it (and I would be eternally grateful for your support) please go to this site:

Here is what my novel is about:

JD does not have a past--at least not one that she can remember--and that makes living life on Mars challenging. With nowhere to go, she is sent to the local military academy where she is trained to become a member of the elite secret police. While there, she becomes a pawn in Roger’s struggle for military dominance and Chris’s rebellion to overthrow the military regime. She supposedly holds a secret that will change the face of the soldier, but, unfortunately, she doesn’t know what that secret is. Her only desire is to find the truth of her existence, and finds herself thrust into a realm where the truth of her past and present is more horrific than she ever imagined.

I am both excited and nervous to have my book out there. Excited because it's my first book and I can't wait to see how it does. Nervous because it's my first book and I'm afraid everyone will think it's crap! After you've read it, drop me a line and let me know whether you liked it or hated it.

I heard from the other editor, and my story "There is No Sin" will be published on the Golden Visions Magazine website in October. Seems like a long way off, but I'm sure it will be here before I know it.

I've been going through the proof of my novel. I keep thinking: "They accepted this?! This is terrible." I'm sure it's because I'm my own worst critic, but who knows. I guess the audience will have to be the judge. Of course it doesn't really matter that I think it's terrible, the story has been rewritten four times over the course of about 12 years, so I'm NOT going to rewrite it again!

My friend Jessica had another article accepted at Serial Killer Magazine. Although, I'm not sure when it supposed to be out. I'll send a link when it's published.

I've finished two chapters of my zombie novel. It feels good to be writing, but god corn dog, it is such a process. I wish there was a computer that you could hook up to your head and as you think your story, the computer types it up for you. That would make life so much simpler. And I bet a lot more books would get written!
